Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy
● All reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Aress Turizm Congress Project Coordinator.
● Cancellations notified until January 31, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the package fee.
● No refunds will be made for cancellations notified on or after February 1, 2026.
